The Hollyoaks and Corrie star then added: "How do they go from being absolutely normal to then being in A&E?

"He’s 100 per cent better now, I really thought he had a water infection god love him, but it turned out it was another infection (down below ) bless him! Thank god he’s back to his normal self now well as normal as my threenager is.

"But how crazy is life, you go from one extreme to another being a mum don’t you? He was on stage doing his Christmas show, the next… we’re in A&E!!!

"Please share your experience with me so I know I’m not on my own."

She wrapped her post with the hashtags: "#kids #poorly #mumlife #help."

It came after Lucy Jo documented her medical dash to hospital back in July, when her son "stopped breathing."

Yet just last month, it was the actress who was in the hospital ward due to her own ill health.

The soap actress's fans were very concerned for her well-being after learning that she had two blood transfusions for a mystery illness.

There were then six days of social media silence before Lucy returned this afternoon to reveal she's been diagnosed with chronic anaemia.

The NHS states that anaemia is a low red blood cell count or haemoglobin and can be caused by a number of factors including a lack of iron in the diet, iron depletion through exercise, chronic disease of blood loss.
