When does the John Lewis Boxing Day sale end?

We don't know yet exactly when the John Lewis Boxing Day sale will come to an end, but if retailers are trying to sell old stock to make way for new items, they'll typically continue the sales into January (or until items sell out).

To avoid missing out on buying the product you had your eye on, we recommend shopping as soon as you see it at a good price (which may even be before Christmas).

Of course, always look around at various retailers when shopping to ensure you're keeping the best price.

What is John Lewis's Christmas returns policy?

Shoppers usually have 35 days after buying an item to return it if they no longer want it, however, this timeframe is extended over the Christmas season.

Now any items bought online or in-store between 27 September and 24 December 2023 can be returned up to 23 January 2024.

This gives you plenty of time to swap any unwanted Christmas presents or if you've changed your mind about a sale purchase.

John Lewis standard delivery is free when you spend £50 and over, and £4.50 for orders under £50.

If you need your item delivered sooner, next-day and named-day delivery options are also available, with prices starting from £7.50.
