FURIOUS King Charles branded Prince Harry “that fool” after his youngest son savaged the Royal Family in his Netflix documentary.

A new book, leaked to The Sun on Sunday, reveals how the monarch reacted to Harry’s decision to divulge details of family feuds as part of a $100million deal with the streaming platform.

Author Omid Scobie, who is known to have been close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, writes in the new book Endgame: “At the Palace, heads were in hands and migraines were brewing.

“(The show) took the wind out of everyone’s sails,” said one aide. “(He) went from not wanting anyone to talk about his son to openly criticizing ‘that fool.’ ”

It also makes claims that Kate and William thought South Park’s episode mocking the Sussexes was “hilarious”.

The US cartoon lambasted Harry, 39, and 42-year-old Meghan with an episode dubbed The Worldwide Privacy Tour in February.

But the book portrays William and Charles as being on a collision course and has been blasted by royal experts.

Author Phil Dampier said: “It’s totally rubbish to suggest William and the King would ever be at loggerheads.

“They’ve grown incredibly close and there is no way in which William would do anything to undermine him.”

Endgame also paints 75-year-old Charles as a “pampered” royal who leads an “extravagantly luxurious lifestyle” — including having his shoelaces ironed for him.

He insists on travelling with 1,000-thread-count bed linen which had to be perfectly steamed, it claims.

One extract claims: “When laces get even the smallest bit threadbare, a staff member must quickly switch them out with a fresh, ironed pair.

“There is even a rumour (one that, surprisingly, sources have confirmed) that Charles likes to have someone squeeze exactly one inch of toothpaste on to his toothbrush for him ahead of his bedtime routine.”

Scobie — previously dubbed Meghan’s “cheerleader-in-chief” — co-wrote the bestseller Finding Freedom.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex consistently denied co-operating with the book’s authors but Meghan was later forced to admit in the High Court privacy claim against Associated Newspapers that she had indeed authorised an aide to brief the authors.

She later apologised for misleading the court, insisting she “had not remembered” the email exchange.
