Seven biggest bombshells in Omid Scobie’s Endgame from ‘cold’ Kate to senior royal’s ‘role’ in Meghan & Harry’s eviction
A BOMBSHELL book released today has made several damning claims about the state of the Royal Family.
The shocking allegations come in Omid Scobie's Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy's Fight for Survival.
Scobie, often described as “Meghan's mouthpiece” after his flattering 2020 biography of the Sussexes, Finding Freedom, makes several new claims about the relationships between major royal figures.
Here we take a look at the biggest bombshells....
‘Cold’ Princess Kate
Scobie claims Kate hasn’t spoken to Meghan since 2019 in his explosive book.
In one scathing chapter, he claims Kate never had any interest in being friends with her sister-in-law and said the future Queen was a Stepford-like royal wife.

He also claims she is “cold” and ignored Meghan’s “cries for help” even though she advocates for better mental health.
Kate is said to have earned the nickname “Katie Keen” among palace staff, according to the author, because the palace press office hides her reportedly lower workload by saying she is “keen to learn”.
The new book also claims she “does not plan to increase her workload for 10-15 years” until her children are grown.
King Charles ‘pampered’
Endgame also paints 75-year-old Charles as a “pampered” royal who leads an “extravagantly luxurious lifestyle” — including having his shoelaces ironed for him.

He insists on travelling with 1,000-thread-count bed linen which had to be perfectly steamed, it claims.
One extract states: “When laces get even the smallest bit threadbare, a staff member must quickly switch them out with a fresh, ironed pair.
“There is even a rumour (one that, surprisingly, sources have confirmed) that Charles likes to have someone squeeze exactly one inch of toothpaste on to his toothbrush for him ahead of his bedtime routine.”
Meghan and Harry's eviction
The book claims Charles evicted Meghan and Harry to "punish" the couple for their Netflix series.
Scobie wrote: "For Charles, the issue of Frogmore Cottage wasn't just about punishing his son, though sources say that 'undoubtedly' played a significant role.
"It was also part of the effort to streamline the portfolio of properties being used by members of the family."
He added: "It was a cheap shot from a wounded father bound by an institutional system that is often intolerant of human emotion".
Harry and William's ‘rift’
Harry was also allegedly kept in the dark about his grandmother's health.
And he allegedly received no response despite there being seats on the private plane used by the family to travel to Scotland in the Queen's final hours
The author claims William "clearly didn't want to see his brother" and Harry was left having to find his own way to Balmoral.
Meghan named two royal racists
Harry and Meghan sparked a race row by alleging an unnamed member of the Royal Family spoke about “how dark his (Archie’s) skin might be when he’s born”, during their infamous Oprah Winfrey interview.
But Endgame says that — in private letters she wrote to the King — Meghan named two members of the Royal Household she says took part in the “conversations”.
It is not known if the second accused person is a member of the Royal Family or someone who works for the family.
Scobie claims he knows the names but “laws in the United Kingdom prevent me from reporting who they were”.
The allegation that there were two people risks re-igniting a bitter race row that led the late Queen Elizabeth to respond three years ago by saying “recollections may vary”.
Both names are said to appear in letters shared between Meghan and Charles in the spring of 2021, in the wake of the Oprah chat.
The book will say Meghan believed “unconscious bias and ignorance” inside the Royal Family needed to be tackled.
In return, Charles wanted his letters to express he felt “no ill will” or “casual prejudice” had been involved.
William leaking stories
Scobie's book claims the Prince of Wales tried to undermine Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
It claimed Wills “prioritised his loyalty to the monarchy” over his brother and leaked stories about the Sussexes to the press.
William stripped Andrew’s titles
According to the book, William played a big part in the decision to strip Prince Andrew of his royal duties.
Scobie claims William felt the Queen would go too "soft" on Andrew as Prince Philip was no longer there to "take charge".

It claims the Queen only made the decision to strip him of his titles after having an hour-long meeting with William in Windsor.
He was then stripped of his military titles and patronages by the Queen in 2022.
