Jermaine Jenas threatens to WALK OFF TNT Sports set live on TV after Laura Woods’ brutal comment

JERMAINE JENAS jokingly threatened to walk away after a brutal jibe from Laura Woods.

The TNT Sports team were broadcasting live from the Parc des Princes prior to Newcastle's controversial 1-1 Champions League draw with PSG.

And they were joined by Rio Ferdinand and Shay Given pitchside.

The former Toon goalkeeper arrived late and Woods couldn't resist the chance to poke fun at Jenas, who also used to play for the club.

Woods quipped: "We have a proper Newcastle legend alongside us now... Shay Given."

Jenas reacted "wow" and he walked off camera.

Woods burst into laughter and Ferdinand laughed "get your coat".

Fans found it hilarious, one said: "Woodsy's just killed Jenas there... lovely stuff."

Another added: "Jenas actually looked offended."

Given is a hero at St James' Park after he played 462 times for the club across 12 seasons.
