A WOMAN who became upset with her post baby body has revealed how she shed the weight fast.

Rooxy took to social media to show off her impressive weight loss success and how she managed to do it without stepping into a gym or cutting out fast food.

The mum-of-two said: "This is how I lost 30kg (4st) in 6 months."

At the start of her journey, Roxy weighed 13st (87kg) but managed to shed a tonne of weight with a new lifestyle.

Now, the brunette beauty weighs just 8.8st (56kg).

In the before and after transformation pictures, Rooxy can be seen smiling at the camera next to her daughter wearing clothes that completely covered her figure.

But now, Rooxy posed for the camera in a crop top, clearly gaining her confidence back.

In the clip, she revealed her top five tips to shedding the weight without depriving herself of her favourite foods.

"Eat high protein," was her first recommendation.

She added it was important to stay hydrated and stuck to drinking two litres of unsweetened tea every day in order to do so.

Next, she explained a calorie deficit was key to shedding the pounds quickly.

And Rooxy even managed to lose weight without going to the gym - sticking to fun, at home, dance exercises instead.

Making sure she didn't deprive herself of sweet treats - Rooxy revealed she opted to swap deserts for healthier alternatives such as rice cakes topped with strawberries and chocolate.

The mum also has plenty of recipes on her TikTok account @rooxy.official showing how you can still have delicious food while watching your weight.

Another clip saw her make a cheese burger salad so she could enjoy the dish without going off track.

Instead of bread buns, she opted to use crunchy lettuce to wrap the burgers and still enjoy the cheat meal.

Rooxy's channel dedicated to help those wanting to lose weight has amassed over 640k followers and 15million likes.

People were quick to praise her transformation in the comments section of the post.

One person wrote: "You look great, thanks for sharing. Where do you find your dance workouts?"

Another commented: "Motivation. I need to lose this baby weight."

"Amazing transformation," penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: "Wow well done you look beautiful and amazing .. Not that you weren’t before though."

"Good job,” claimed a fifth.
