In 2022 many social media users were left dumbfounded after a TikTok video posing a certified head-scratcher went viral — but the answer is more obvious than you may first think.
The account @onlyjayus received over 9million views when asking the following:
“I turn polar bears white and I will make you cry. I make guys have to pee and girls comb their hair. I make celebrities look stupid and normal people look like celebrities. I turn your pancakes brown, and I make your champagne bubble. If you squeeze me, I’ll pop. If you’ll look at me, you’ll pop. Can you guess the riddle?”
According to HITC, when Harvard students were asked this riddle, 97 per cent got it wrong, but when kindergarteners were asked the same question, 83 per cent gave the correct response.
