Sytch was driving a sedan on March 25, 2022, when she crashed into a vehicle that had stopped at a red light near Ormond Beach, Florida.

She slammed into the stopped car being driven by Julian Lasseter, whose car then hit another vehicle.

Lasseter, 75, died of his injuries after the crash, which left multiple others injured.

Sytch, a former wrestler was handed a 10-and-a-half-year sentence for driving with a suspended license and an additional seven years for DUI manslaughter.

Following her release, Sytch will also serve eight years of probation.

There will be several conditions to her probation, including a substance abuse evaluation, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal.

Sytch received a 566-day credit for the time she has already served in the Volusia County Branch Jail.

Wearing an orange jumpsuit in court, she addressed the victim's family, saying: "I know my words are not enough but please know that I think about you every day," TMZ reported.

She appeared in the courtroom in handcuffs and reportedly broke down in tears during her speech.

“If I could bring Mr. Lasseter back and take his place I would in an instant,” Sytch said.

'DANGER TO SOCIETY'

Assistant State Attorney Ashley Terwilleger had been seeking a maximum sentence of 25 years behind bars for Sytch, who had been called “a danger to society."

Sytch pleaded no contest to DUI manslaughter, four counts of DUI with damage to person, and two counts of DUI with damage to property on August 26.

She was arrested in May 2022, two months after the crash.

But that wasn't her first run-in with the law.

That arrest came just four months after Sytch's release from an eight-month prison stint for a previous DUI.

She was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and charged with her sixth DUI in 2019.
