Former RB Leipzig star Agyemang Diawusie dies suddenly aged 25 as tributes flood in across German football
FORMER RB Leipzig star Agyemang Diawusie has tragically died at the age of 25.
The former Germany U19s ace passed away suddenly, with the cause of death yet to officially be revealed.
German outlet BR24 reports Diawusie's death was due to "natural causes."
Diawusie came up through the ranks at Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig.
And this season saw him starring for German third-tier club Jahn Regensburg.
They released an emotional statement which read: "This Tuesday, SSV Jahn received the terrible news that Jahn professional Agyemang Diawusie died at the age of 25.

"The club is shocked and deeply saddened by this tragic event.
"The Jahn family mourns with the bereaved and their thoughts are with Agyemang's family, relatives, close friends and companions.
"Because of the terrible situation and out of respect for his family, we ask that their privacy be respected."
Tributes poured in from across German football.

Former club Leipzig said: "This news deeply affects us. We mourn the loss of our former player Agyemang Diawusie, who passed away at the age of just 25.
"Our thoughts are with his family, his friends and his club SSV Jahn Regensburg. Rest in peace, Agyemang."
Eintracht Frankfurt tweeted: "We are equally shocked and wish his family and friends a lot of strength during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Agyemang Diawusie."
Hamburg said: "Our condolences. Our thoughts are with the family, relatives and friends and the club. Rest in peace, Agyemang Diawusie."
Stuttgart added: "We are shocked. Our sincere condolences go out to his family, friends and SSV Jahn. Rest in peace, Agyemang Diawusie."
Diawusie began his football career aged just six years old when he joined Fortuna Regensburg's academy.
After time with Jahn Regensburg as well, he was then snapped up by German giants Nurnberg before RB Leipzig came calling in 2015.
Diawusie spent three years with the Champions League regulars but left without making a single senior appearance.
Various spells followed at clubs like Ingolstadt, Dynamo Dresden and Austrian outfit SV Ried
And Diawusie then dropped to Germany's third tier at the start of the year with SpVgg Bayreuth.
He rejoined former youth side Jahn Regensburg in the summer and had made 12 appearances before his untimely death.
Diawusie also won a single cap for Germany's U19s in 2016 and ran his own fashion label too.
